Who are Kïdo?
Kïdo are a network of innovative international nurseries with 24 settings across India, Hong Kong, Dubai, USA and the UK. We fuse the best practises from the Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Waldorf Steiner approaches and marry this with beautiful learning environments. We use technology and a strong focus on customized learning to help children develop cognitive, social, emotional, physical, creative and reasoning skills. We are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner who is very passionate about working in early years. This position is for our Crouch End setting.
Our Crouch End nursery has places available for just over 100 children, aged three months to five years old.
The school, which is located on the edge of Crouch End’s bustling town center, is our largest London preschool which has over 6,000 sq ft of space for your little ones to explore. It features large classrooms which let in plenty of natural light, as well as a huge indoor stage, for performances and assemblies.
Kids will love running around our large outdoor area or discovering fun toys in our indoor play zone.
What is the role?

As a qualified Practitioner you will be responsible for ensuring that Kïdo are always providing the highest quality of care and education and that the children have a safe and secure learning environment. You’ll work continuously to make sure that you and your team recognise and deliver the needs for every student. You’ll share responsibility for planning, organising and delivering the activities and learning experiences for the children in your room. Support the room team to facilitate the development of children and enable them to reach their full potential, and work together to help ensure that learning outcomes become daily classroom practice.
You’ll work closely the other practitioners in the nursery to ensure that Kïdo are delivering the absolute best that they can and to give recommendations about how they can improve their offerings and to always push the boundaries of excellence.
What will you do?
You'll work closely to support the people in your nursery and you’ll be an ambassador for our values and a gate keeper for our great culture. You will have accountability for the following:

Salary starting at 18, 200 - 22,000
