What is the role?
Kïdo are a growing network of innovative international nurseries with 24 settings across India, Hong Kong, Dubai, USA and the UK. We are growing quickly in the UK with 7, soon to be 9 settings and a workforce of nearly 200 people. Our nurseries fuse the best practises from the Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Waldorf Steiner approaches and marry this with beautiful learning environments. We use technology and a strong focus on customised learning to help children develop cognitive, social, emotional, physical, creative and reasoning skills. Having scaled so quickly we are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our amazing hub team to help us support the nurseries.
We are looking for a professional and dedicated individual to join the Kïdo team in the UK to support our UK People Team and wider global family.
What will you do?
This role is the first time we've hired someone specifically for payroll and initially will be a fixed term maternity cover position for 12 months. This role is for 20 hours per week, daily working hours are negotiable but it is expected these will be over 5 days Monday-Friday. You will support the People Team within the UK, taking the lead to ensure our payroll runs smoothly.

This role will be based remotely however travel will be required into London for meetings or Nursery visits.
