We are hiring a Head of Delivery to oversee production and operations for MediaMonks London to join our fast growing London office. Playing a key role in further building our ever growing business and reputation.
Role amp; Responsibilities
- As the Head of Delivery in our London office, you’ll sit in the senior leadership team and be responsible for the excellent delivery of all of our work. You will plot and produce high-end work for web, mobile platforms, film, creative content, digital production and more.
- You’ll be responsible for resourcing and budgets to ensure we can deliver work at speed, and drive overall project profitability - establishing what gets done and when to make sure projects are profitable and doable, with realistic targets and deadlines.
- You’ll bring all our in-house talents together to make sure great work is done between our London office and our production strongholds around the world.
- You will lead a team of 20 digital/film producers and program leads in collaboration with our creatives and tech chiefs be responsible for the successful delivery of all of London’s projects - and ensure we learn from these successes.

- Your focus will be on quality and efficiency and together with our growth and business teams, you’ll help to shape new projects into a joint success by turning project briefs into actual projects. Responding to briefs and RFPs, leading pitches, treatments and production proposals at a senior level.

Requirements
- For this leadership position, we’re looking for someone who has worked within an agency set-up in a delivery leadership role with at least 10+ years of experience.
- In addition to knowing your ones and zeros, you have proven experience in producing six- to seven-figure projects for leading brands.
- Your experience working in a fast-paced production environment has made you fabulous at dealing with stress and phenomenal at reassuring stressed-out senior clients and colleagues. You will have developed long term operational strategies for the businesses you have worked within.
- While you consider your inbox your natural habitat, you excel at interfacing with human beings in real-time: you know how to motivate people to get things done, wherever they are in the world.
- You have proven experience in evolving processes, documentation and workflows to deliver accuracy, consistency and efficiency for our clients.
- You will have extensive team leadership experience across a cross-section of producer skillsets and levels and worked within a senior management team.
