Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with a genuine interest in scaling legal structures of a fast
growing business. In this role you will be involved with all legal and regulatory matters of our
international group entities, working alongside with our newly founded legal team. You will be
responsible to ensure sustainable growth from a legal perspective. The role is based at our co-working space in London, however, due to current circumstances can be performed from home.
Your responsibilities:
Support in building and scaling the international expansion; structure and coordinate legal
processes within the group
A wide scope of work, including commercial, employment, IP, data protection, corporate and
regulatory
Support the team with any ad hoc legal matters that arise.
You will be reporting to our Head of Legal based in our Berlin headquarters.
Requirements
Your profile:
7+ years of legal experience from a law firm and/or as in-house counsel ideally from a start-up
environment
Qualified in British law
Experience in providing advice regarding British employment laws; e-commerce; consumer
protection; data protection and privacy; general contract law
Strong organizational skills to manage several projects smoothly and simultaneously
Work efficiency in a highly dynamic environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent English skills; further language skills are a plus
