Job Description

Stuart is a leading last-mile delivery platform that connects businesses of all sizes to a fleet of geolocalised couriers. We empower thousands of companies across Europe by providing same-day and next-day delivery as well as return solutions. We work across verticals with retailers, grocery stores, restaurants and eCommerce merchants to enable smarter transportation models.

Logistics for a sustainable world is the mission at the heart of Stuart Delivery.

Due to COVID, we’re currently working remotely from home! But hopefully, sometime soon we’ll be able to return to our snazzy office! We're based in the co-working space within the Fora - Old Street building Fora Space, 71 Central Street London EC1V 8AB.

The Role

We are looking for a Client Experience Program Manager to join the team based in London in charge of improving our performance with our food clients.

Reporting to Tommy Soilemezis, you'll be responsible for coordinating across functions to define a strategy and implement projects to deliver further growth and greater level of service within this vital vertical.

  • Working with internal stakeholders like our Commercial, Courier, City and Business Operations as well as the Central Product and Tech teams to align and implement the strategic vision for the client experience in the vertical.
  • You will develop in-depth understanding of client needs and trends; identifying gaps and opportunities, and working across Stuart to create and prioritize a body of high-impact projects to satisfy these requirements.
  • You will bring market leading practices from ideation to large scale implementation.
  • Reviewing how we can tweak our current operating model to expand our commercial proposition. How can we attract more clients? How can we drive lower prices?
  • You will report on the completion, quality and impact of your projects within the program. You will evaluate the success of these against their goals and objectives, and share learnings across the business.
  • You will think ahead and handle priorities and risks, anticipating issues and propose solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Consulting or in Program Management. Experience in the food /grocery sector is a plus but not an absolute requirement.
  • We are looking for a results driven candidate, someone who focusses on maximising their impact at the fastest possible rate
  • You are a creative thinker - problem solving comes naturally and you view constraints as challenges to be overcome rather than limitations on success!
  • You know how to get meaningful insights out of large sets of data and can communicate your findings concisely
  • You are detail oriented and never take shortcuts at the expense of depth of knowledge -while never losing sight of the big issues
  • Comfortable with hypothesis-driven analysis but open-minded and willing to accept when your initial hypothesis might be wrong if your findings do not support it
  • Experienced at leading and interacting with cross-functional teams, setting goals and holding stakeholders accountable for timelines and objectives
  • You are curious - you want to know what clients and couriers need and how those needs fit with Stuart’s mission of logistics for a sustainable world

Benefits

  • Lunch paid for every day (in value up to 10) at work and all the free drinks/snacks you can handle.
  • Monthly gym allowance (in value up to 40) to use in any gym or for any sport class - a healthy mind in a healthy body!
  • Private health care provided by AXA (including dental and optical)
  • Pension taken care of through a partnership with Royal London.
  • Work in an international, dynamic and passionate environment with a great company culture.
  • Lunchtime sports frequent yoga, 5 a side football Fridays, squash Thursdays.

Logistics for a sustainable world. That is the mission at the heart of Stuart Delivery. While customer expectations around the delivery experience are skyrocketing, cities are limiting traditional logistics methods to improve congestion, pollution, and liveability. The convergence of these two trends means that a disruptive approach to last mile delivery is not a nice-to-have but rather an inevitability.

We launched in 2015 with a big vision and a handful of clients. Six years later, couriers on our platform complete tens of millions of deliveries for the biggest brands across retail, e-commerce, grocery, and food.

Stuart is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company. We don't discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status.
