About the role
We are seeking a data entry specialist to join our London based team. You should be an ambitious and hardworking graduate with a passion for data. You will be responsible for accurate and efficient data research and entry whilst being a core part of our data team responsible for researching, aggregating, cleaning and structuring life science event data to drive the success of our innovative and ground-breaking products.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Extract data from given web sources and PDF documents
- Research various different sources to identify required data
- Enter information into our database systems conforming to standards and schema requirements
- Update and maintain database records
- Cross check information to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Work within a team to achieve set deadlines
- Escalate queries and questions to your team lead
- Achieve weekly data entry KPIs
- Use research methods to fulfil a broad scope of data requirements
Requirements
- Education to degree level achieving 2.1 or above
- Strong numerical, Excel and communication skills are key
- Experience in web research and data entry
- Experience within a similar data entry role is preferable
- Self-motivated and ambitious with a desire to continually learn
- Possess an inquisitive and highly analytical mind
