It is an entirely cloud-based licensed e-money institution for the provision of payment services in the countries of the European Economic Area and is a Principal member of MasterCard and Visa for issuing and acquiring services and a partner to leading global companies, such as Microsoft and AllPay. As part of our ongoing expansion we are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Partners Manager to support the continued growth of Viva Wallet in the United Kingdom.

Overview:

Viva Wallet are currently looking to recruit an experienced and energetic Partners Manager to help us expand our exciting business in the UK.

You will have the drive and dedication to create and apply an effective Partnership strategies. The goal is to play a key role in driving rapid and sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with Non-Merchant Services verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned verticals;
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue;
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals;
  • Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness;
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements;
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered;
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner;
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities;
  • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business;
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities;
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners;
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities;
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings;
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences;
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities;
  • Is able to build long term relationships with new and existing partners and ensure the retention of existing partners

Requirements

  • Extensive working experience in a senior Sales Executive role with strong sales experience, in particular with regards to Partnerships and non-merchant services verticals;
  • Excellent track record in fostering high-value sales opportunities;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • A detailed understanding of the importance of social media and online presence in driving large account sales;
  • A proven track record of continually meeting and exceeding sales targets;
  • Excellent market knowledge;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent ability to build rapport;
  • Time management and organisational skills;
  • Clean driving licence;
  • Eligible to work in the UK (essential)
