Job Description

Viva Wallet is the first European payment fintech disruptor entirely cloud based over Microsoft Azure, operating since 2010 and now located in 23 EU countries. We pride ourselves on having created a wonderful and customer friendly service for businesses of all sizes, incorporating innovative acquiring and issuing services through terminals, Viva Wallet POS app and payment gateways for online stores.?We also offer business accounts with local IBAN and a business Viva Wallet Mastercard.

As part of the expansion of our e-commerce services, we would like to add?to our UK team a skilled?National E-commerce?Sales Managerwho will focus on the sales acquisition of medium and large web-based customers.?The successful candidate will have?full?flexibility?to?nurture?the Viva wallet?e-commerce customers base, from searching new merchants to attracting and retaining existing portfolio customers, through to successfully closing.?The National E-commerce Sales Manager will be responsible for covering the entire UK and growing the E-commerce presence within this area:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and develop revenue and secure business profits through successful E-commerce B2B consultative selling in order to achieve agreed targets;
  • Present customer-centric consultative E-commerce products and services to potential clients;
  • Work with strategic Viva Wallet partners to cultivate E-commerce opportunities;
  • Develop and own the broader E-commerce strategy within Viva Wallet UK;
  • Develop relationships with business development, product, pricing, relationship; management and operations departments in order to instill an industry leading model for our E-commerce customers;
  • Represent the E-commerce proposition internally to drive positive changes required to make Viva Wallet the number one Payment provider in the sector;
  • Collect, capture, analyse, use and report (market challenges, industry opportunities, competitor activity etc) in an accurate and effective manner using it to identify customer needs, develop and deliver sales opportunities and add value to the business;
  • Responsible for demonstrating flexibility and commitment to services with new clients providing a consistent, positive and effective sales experience in a manner that reflects Viva Wallets values;
  • Prepare presentations, Proposals and carry out product demonstrations. Ensure that due diligence is completed in a timely and comprehensive manner and in adherence with Viva Wallets procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years in B2B?digital or?e-commerce?sales, ideally within the payments sector;
  • A proven track record?of delivering high value e-commerce sales;
  • Outstanding knowledge of the SME?and/or large enterprises?market;
  • A good understanding of the UX amp; UI design usage;
  • Proficiency in MS Office,?CRM software?and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • Understanding of the payment gateway for web, mobile amp; apps;
  • Excellent?communication,?listening, negotiation and presentation?skills;
  • Excellent use of the?English language;
  • Driving license
