We are looking for an experienced bilingual Technical Account Manager (e-commerce) with sales and technical consultancy experience to help us expand our customer base.
More specifically, as Technical Account Manager (e-commerce), you will:
- Gather business requirements from customers and our Sales team for the integration of merchant e-commerce solutions with the Viva Wallet platform;
- Design API-based e-commerce integrations based on business requirements, making the most of Viva Wallet’s technology and product capabilities;
- Guide customers in the effective and efficient use of Viva Wallet’s technology and products;
- Provide technical guidance to customers during amp; after implementation of the e-commerce integrations;
- Provide feedback to internal product owners regarding potential new products or features;
- Work closely with the Sales team, as well as core developers, project managers and product owners;
- Work together with business customers and stakeholders from project inception to project delivery;
- Keep up with trends and developments in Payments, FinTech and e-commerce;
Requirements
To be considered you should have:
BSc degree in Computer Science, or relevant field;Minimum 5 years of relevant proven experience, ideally within the Payments/ Fintech Industry, with significant skills and deep knowledge in the integration of e-commerce solutions and plugins;Excellent written and verbal communication in English *AND* at least one of the following languages (ideally native speaker): French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Romanian, Danish, Swedish, or Finnish;Solid technical background with hands on experience in software and front-end development;Customer focus, Customer focus, Customer focus (not a typo);Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and solve problems using technology;Experience in the following would be a plus: Microsoft Azure / cloud banking, e-commerce plugins (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop);Benefits
