We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and efficient in-house Recruitment Assistant. You will be responsible for working with our Operations and HR Managers to support recruitment activities across the business.
This role will play a vital part in ensuring we continue to attract only the highest calibre of people to the business during this exciting period of growth and expansion.
Key responsibilities include.
Screening and vetting applicantsConducting pre-screen telephone interviews to assess applicant suitabilityManaging communications with applicants throughout the recruitment process Scheduling interviews Providing feedback to candidatesTaking notes at interviewsMaintaining up-to-date records using internal recruitment systemsProviding regular updates to the business on status of pipelines for active rolesWorking with stakeholders in the business to write job specifications and advertise vacanciesGenerally supporting the team as requiredRequirements
- Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships
- Great attention to detail and highly organised
- Confident working with data and numbers
- Ability to manage a fast paced and compliant recruitment process
- Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience desirable
