To continue on this trajectory, we’re searching for a Marketing Automation Manager to work closely with VP Growth, Head of Analytics and CRM lead on marketing automation and data analysis that are focussed on retention, engagement, and monetization, across all our brands.

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be working in a small cross-functional team to deliver highly data-driven marketing automation campaigns and business reporting. You will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the success of HeliosX’s groups of companies and their products.

SQL knowledge is a must for this position.

This is a fully remote position with occasional traveling to London headquarters.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute and track our marketing automation campaigns and A/B testing roadmap, including concepting campaigns, building emails, segmenting audience lists, deploying campaigns and reporting results
  • Analyze and interpret results from CRM campaigns and share learnings with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of campaigns.
  • Provide additional needed reports and analyses for understanding the impact of user quality and users experience throughout their lifecycle, on overall business performance.
  • Work hands-on to extract, analyze and visualize data, using Excel, SQL, and other tools.
  • Directly support various teams across Growth, Product, Operations, Marketing, Customer support

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years experience in B2C in marketing analytics or a digital marketing role
  • Good command of marketing automation tools (we currently use Braze)
  • Proficiency in HTML amp; CSS
  • Strong SQL capabilities - Must be able to write data queries to extract the right data from our data warehouse
  • Excellent Excel skills - Must be able to aggregate multiple data sources into clean, well formatted Excel reports using pivot tables, Vlookups, and complex what if formulas
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives at once, with short timeframes and deadlines
  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Resourceful, optimistic, tenacious, confident, and full of energy
  • Self-starter, forward-thinking, innovative, and agile. Comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility, and driving continuous improvement
  • Ambitious, results-driven with a bias to action. You have a can-do-more approach, a passion to make an impact and exceed your goals
  • Adaptable and flexible. Feel comfortable being thrown into a largely ambiguous environment
  • Nice to have - Experience with e-commerce brands/D2C
