Job Description

HeliosX has been enjoying rapid growth as we continue on our mission to bring easily-accessible and cost-effective medication to as many people as possible internationally. As we bring healthcare to more people through our business increasing in size, we also need to ensure we are recruiting the very best talent to deliver roles at all levels across the organisation both in the UK (where we are headquartered) as well as in the United States with our ZipHealth business, and further afield as we continue to expand.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, as Talent Acquisition Manager you will be actively involved in all areas of hiring, particularly in directly sourcing and interviewing great talent, with a focus on ensuring we only hire people with outstanding technical skills and culture fit . Ultimately, you’ll help us hire efficiently and keep our talent pipelines running smoothly, managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike to ensure a great experience all-round.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand role requirements in depth, challenging and advising where necessary to ensure well-defined briefs
  • Create and manage targeted talent pipelines through multiple channels, including advertisement as well as (in particular) LinkedIn searching.
  • Draft and post high-quality job ads where necessary
  • Conduct competency-based and culture-fit interviews to ensure that candidates have both the right skills and approach to deliver to the high standards we seek
  • Maintain all processes linked to managing candidates through the recruitment funnel, including scheduling interviews, sending out task briefs etc. to candidates, and ensuring that interview notes and communications are maintained throughout.
  • Act as a top-class ambassador for HeliosX in all your interactions with potential employees
  • Work closely with the Head of Talent where required on building further hiring pipelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience of direct hiring, with at least 2 years spent working in-house
  • High level of familiarity with both competency-based and behaviourally-based (culture fit) interviewing methodologies
  • Extensive experience in using LinkedIn recruiter to identify and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
  • Experience of using hiring platforms (applicant tracking systems eg. Workable) to manage hiring processes
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written to attract/engage candidates and advise managers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Problem-solving ability
  • A positive, engaging personality able to effectively represent our company and awesome culture to potential employees
  • Graduate level education
