Mary’s Meals International is delighted to be recruiting for a talented Digital Marketing Officer to join our Communications team here at Mary’s Meals International. With responsibility for the development, design and delivery of innovative digital marketing campaigns, your work will be crucial to the growth of our movement, as we strive to reach that next child waiting for Mary’s Meals.

Working as part of our growing Digital team and reporting to our Digital Marketing amp; Audience Manager, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our global teams to develop innovative digital and email marketing campaigns.

Key duties include:

  • Devise, develop and implement multi channel, data driven and user focused digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement;
  • Create and develop SEO content to deliver organic growth strategies working closely with the editorial team;
  • Develop digital performance reports and utilise analytics to inform campaign decisions and landing page optimisation;
  • Manage and optimise PPC across all appropriate channels but specifically within Google Ad Grants and associated products;
  • Design, create and execute email marketing strategies including automated workflows;
  • Support and provide training across the MM network to foster engagement with and contribution to digital activity.

With a passion for digital, you will have an enthusiasm for developing your knowledge of latest trends, best practice and promoting continuous improvement opportunities across our digital platforms. A strong team focus, the ability to work effectively across multiple projects, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also key to success in this role.

You will also bring:

  • Robust experience of developing and designing digital marketing campaigns including online advertising, social media, SEO and SEM programs and email marketing;
  • Demonstrable experience of PPC with a strong understanding of audience acquisition strategies; and
  • Strong analytical skills with experience of using; Power BI, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
