Mary’s Meals International is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced HR Partner to join our growing People team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced HR professional to work in partnership within our dynamic global organisation to shape, develop and deliver our People strategy and provide high level HR support across all directorates. Reporting to our Head of HR Partnering, you will seek to drive high performance and the embodiment of our organisational values, across our movement and will have personal responsibility for key People projects and change management initiatives.

People are at the heart of everything we do here at Mary’s Meals and in this fast paced and varied role, you will apply your expert knowledge of HR and your strong influencing and communication skills to coach, mentor and build managerial capability in; people management, succession planning and HR best practice, across our directorates.

With significant experience of working as an HR Partner, from a global or multi-site organisation, you bring extensive experience of negotiating and influencing cross functionally to achieve overarching organisational aims. The ability to build strong working relationships and exceptional communication skills are key to success. Strong analytical skills and proven experience of developing innovative solutions and approaches to drive positive organisational change, are essential.
