Due to rapid growth, THG is looking to recruit a Data Analyst for Process Engineering who will work to support our E-commerce Fulfilment Operation. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of workstreams that maximise process efficiency throughout an automated fulfilment centre.

You will support with Data Analysis for all Process Engineering improvement programmes, working with the automation OEM and other key stakeholders to establish prioritised work plans.

Establishing a comprehensive understanding of the Warehouse Management System will be fundamental to the role. The site is relatively new and the operation has also been scaled significantly since launch, therefore many inefficiencies need to be tackled.

You will be working to support a range of exciting Continuous Improvement projects and will be expected to analyse data and propose solutions. This will require you to build solid relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the business, gathering support for your concepts while moving quickly to plan and implement solutions.

In summary, the role will involve;

• Collecting data required to make improvements and modifications

• Validating change requests and testing new processes
• Monitoring plant operations
• Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems
• Working with Procurement team to purchase new equipment that will deliver improvements
• Liaising with installation/project engineers and specialists

• Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines and within budgets
• Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities
• Assessing safety and environmental issues
• Ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you should be based within a reasonable commute of Warrington, Cheshire and have the following skills / experience

• Engineering Degree
• Advanced Data analysis skills included excel and other programmes
• Experience working in E-commerce Fulfilment Operations / very similar e.g. FMCG
• Experience delivering Continuous Improvement via process engineering
• Strong Communication Skills and ability to build rapport at all levels
• Strong interest in continuous improvement
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• If you have experience with Warehouse Management Systems this would be an advantage
