JOB DUTIES
- Ensure that submitted procurement requests and purchase orders are accurate on a global basis- Provide training and support to the wider business with departmental submissions- Point of contact within Finance for appointed delegates across the business- Manage annual contract renewal process - Work with Accounts Payable team to ensure seamless flow of process from initial request to payment- Assist in the rollout of the process across geographical entities- Data analysis and support within tax and audit function- Ad hoc assistance with project work In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.
SKILLS amp; EXPERIENCE:- Experience in accounts payable function - High attention to detail and willingness to improve process- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PIVOTS amp; VLOOKUPS)- Have a systematic approach to work- Ability to work proactively- A values-led operator who acts as a beacon of integrity and trust and constantly demonstrates reliability - Self-Motivation: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines without direct supervision- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environmentOur StoryIn July 2019 Fourth joined forces with HotSchedules to become the global leader in end-to-end restaurant and hospitality management technology solutions.
