JOB DUTIES
- Ensure purchase invoices are posted accurately and on a timely basis across UK amp; US ledgers- Responsibility for reconciling bank statements on a daily basis- Dealing with vendor queries by phone and email- Setting up vendor payment runs- Effectively work towards set targets- Assist the Finance Manager with month end duties
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties as assigned by management.
SKILLS amp; EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an Accounts function - Good MS Excel skills with a desire to progress to an advanced level- A values-led operator who acts as a beacon of integrity and trust and constantly demonstrates reliability - Strong attention to detail- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment- Have a systematic approach to work and an eye for detail
