Senior Partnerships Executive:

We are seeking a senior partnerships executive to lead an build a full partnership and licensing proposals for both Myvitamins and Myvegan working closely with the brand manager. You will have overall responsibility for sourcing and executing partnerships to deliver exciting and engaging brand partnership campaigns. The main objective to drive revenue, increase new customer acquisition and gain brand exposure.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Day-to-day coordination and management of current partnerships for both brands - Myvegan and Myvitamins
  • Build a full partnership and licensing proposal alongside the Brand Manager to help drive growth, revenue, and reputability of the brand
  • Expected to research the vegan and vitamin markets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Ensure each key trading periods or seasons have relevant partnerships or licensing agreements to support the period
  • Work closely with the NPD team to ensure partnerships remain relevant to the growing product ranges and product development is feasible
  • Work closely with the partnerships team to reach out to potential partners and provide relevant brand details for meetings and pitches
  • Work closely with key marketing channels to ensure marketing plans are in place for every partnership to elevate the partnership for higher impact and exposure
  • Support the social teams building out an international social partnerships calendar
  • Support the Brand Manager's by contributing to partnerships planning, strategy and decision making
  • Effectively manage end to end process, negotiate commercial terms, execute legal contract and manage partnership performance
  • Define an annual strategy for partner outreach, to identify brands with aligning values and communicate this effectively to the rest of the team.
  • Negotiate Tamp;C’s to monetise onsite media space and effectively implement a contract
  • Manage partner communications to create strong, long-standing relationships and ensure the partner delivers as per the contract.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant sector sales, marketing, digital
  • Experience with managing business partnerships
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Mybrand and passion for the health/wellness/beauty industry
  • Career driven and hungry for success with a proactive ‘can do’ approach
  • A real people person who can build rappor
