Job Description

EXUS is an enterprise software company specializing in credit risk management, digital transformation services and innovation management.This is an excellent opportunity to represent our fast growing company as a sales agent contractor. You would be expected to work from home, meet with new clients online and have regular sales performance review meetings with the Marketing Project Manager.

You are expected to be available during office hours, Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.30 for at least 4 hours per day.

The initial duration of the contract will be short term (2 to 4 weeks) and in case of a successful collaboration, the contract will be renewed for a longer duration.

You will be working closely with our Financial Suite Business Development Team, your role will be to assist us in our Business Development efforts, and your focus will be on Lead Researching amp; Lead Generating.

What is required by you

  • Use tools such as LinkedIn, PersistIQ, Salesforce, etc. to perform outbound and inbound sales activities. Including prospecting, follow-up and closing
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in relation to sales questions. Research accounts to understand the customer’s need, perform effective follow-up, and generate interest
  • Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with the sales, support and marketing team
  • Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize lead management
  • Interact with prospective clients via phone and email
  • Successfully overcome prospect objections
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
  • Update lead and prospect interaction in Salesforce
  • Provide feedback to ensure continuous data integrity

  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Ability to work in a high-energy and creative team environment
  • Results oriented and used to working with performance KPIs
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
  • Thai mothertongue
  • Fluent in English
  • Home office set-up
  • B2B Sales and/or Salesforce experience is a strong plus
