About the Division

We are looking for a SEO Executive to join our Consumer marketing team. Reporting into the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day on page optimisation of ecommerce and blog websites whilst developing and, implementing SEO strategies for IWOOT. At THG, we encourage and promote growth and exploration within your role and as such, the below list gives only a summary of the role remit:

• Work closely with the content, trading and product teams whilst partnering with account managers and the wider division to drive performance.
• Provide recommendations and scope technical optimisation fixes and/or changes to enhance site crawlability and drive performance.
• Liaise with internal and external resources to enhance and link profile of websites.
• Conduct ongoing adhoc analysis to produce reports on organic search KPI's and evaluate the success of activities.
• Use tools such as DeepCrawl, ScreamingFrog, Lighthouse to understand, evaluate and improve site performance and conduct SEO audits.

Requirements

• 1+ years industry experience.
• Well-rounded, experienced specialist across strategy, technical, content and outreach.
• Knowledge/experience working within eCommerce.
• Experience in analysing. interpreting/reporting and managing data.
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to communicate and work collaboratively with the wider division.
• Ability to take initiative, be innovative and a problem solver.
• Interest in film and pop culture (desired).
• Knowledge of international SEO.
