The Role
After seeing exponential growth through our enterprise focus, Zappi is setting up a team of senior Global Account Directors and Implementation Managers to build sticky, secure partnerships where Zappi’s platform and products are adopted at scale amongst key Global Brands.
We have very ambitious scaling plans with our biggest and most strategic Enterprise partner and we are looking for a Partnership Implementation manager to activate these plans.
We need smooth execution of the projects and rollout of our platform from activation of new markets and new products in existing markets. In addition to managing these efforts a big part of the role will be overseeing and evaluating/optimising processes as necessary and creating playbooks for our other enterprise customers.
This role not only requires a high level of project management to ensure market expansion and other strategic projects are completed smoothly, it also requires someone that connects the dots across the various dependencies, flag commercial risks, communicates well and clearly across the various stakeholders. Identifying and handling problems and blockers will also be a key skill required
