To play a key role in the ongoing build out and utilization of global digital tools, systems and process. Provide ongoing compliance and reporting for all employee UK administration. Provide expertise in key areas of Compensation and Benefits (Camp;B), Employee Analytics and International Mobility
Essential characteristics Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective on boarding for all local hires and assignees, from a practical and compliance standpoint
- Ensure all repatriations are executed in a seamless and compliant manner
- Provide automation solutions for base line processes such as probation, sickness absence, holiday provision
- Ensure effective and timely administration for the full employee life cycle
- Provide expertise and delivery of Camp;B cyclical activities and provide bench marking and recommendation to ensure competitive offering
- Provide support for BID/RFP response, Mamp;A and people integration
- Deliver automated documentation management and data reporting in line with legal and audit compliance and requirements across the end to end employee cycle. Ensure compliance through utilisation of current tools
- Deliver people analytics across the employee cycle in line with business need and company policy
- Ensure that digital tools are fully utilised and are delivering problem resolution within agreed timelines. Handle any escalations accordingly
- Act as scheme administrator for all insurances and negotiate renewals accordingly
- Ensure Health amp; Safety compliance for the UK
- Collaborate with the HRBP to ensure policy review and compliance
- Collaborate with the HRBP in support of more complex ER cases
- Collaborate with the IM teams globally in support of compliance and execution as required
- Graduate degree in a relevant subject
- Depth of administrative capability in employee life cycle,
- Hands on experience of 5 years in HR systems SAP HR, workday, peoplesoft for entire employee life cycle.
- Day to day extensive work experience in Microsoft Excel, word and presentation skills.
- Global exposure in managing HR operations / shared services activities of UK,EU, India amp; APAC amp; MEA regions.
- End to end Global Benefits offering exposure prevailing in industry across UK, and Europe, APAC and MEA region.
- Full life cycle process and procedure knowledge and demonstrable application for the UK
- Knowledge and demonstrable experience of policy frameworks for the UK and European countries.
- Knowledge and demonstrable experience in global audit and statutory compliance for the UK and India.
- Extensive knowledge and administration capability for cyclical Compensation amp; Benefits, knowledge of compliance and offerings in the UK.
- Intermediate ability in HR analytics
- Sound International Mobility knowledge plus mandatory experience of working with oversees employees from India coming to UK and across the globe.
