Requirements

The Role

For this new, Interim role, We are looking for an experienced individual to work closely with the Global HR Manager to create and deliver strong sourcing strategies, with a focus on direct hiring and pipelining for the future.

You will lead the day to day recruitment activities, with strong emphasis on sourcing amp; attracting talent in our US geography.

Some Key responsibilities but not limited to, include:


  • Develop a deep understanding of skill set experience needed to advance hiring across all research roles.
  • Engage with Marketing to create and implement brand marketing strategies to attract talent globally.
  • Introduce and utilise social media and attraction platforms to promote and engage talent.
  • Manage amp; maintain ATS, including system configuration to support compliance with legally, regulatory requirements for the hiring process.
  • Lead upcoming Graduate recruitment campaign including virtual assessment days for selection.
  • Work with Global HR Manager and HR Assistant to develop and improve recruitment processes and selection frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with outside agencies as necessary.
  • Conduct HR Interviews assessing applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment trackers and reporting tools and produce data to inform appropriate strategies.
  • Create amp; Update Job Postings and specifications, through introduction of hiring approval process.
  • Guide candidates and hiring teams through the entire hiring cycle to onboarding, ensuring a quality candidate experience every time.


About You

Well experienced in working in an internal talent acquisition role, and have a strong understanding of how important recruitment interventions are.

Experience of recruiting to niche roles within Healthcare/Pharmaceutical arena would be advantageous (or evidence you can quickly adapt to new sectors).

Experience hiring globally (specifically in the US Market) is preferable

Experience of full cycle recruiting and sourcing

Must be a proactive, responsive, well organised individual, able to balance shifting priorities.

As an Agile individual, you will be able to learn and adapt quickly in an often fast paced environment.

Role holder should be proficient in the use of Social Media, job boards and ATS systems

Excellent communication ability, both verbally and written.

Strong influencing and negotiating skills

Confidence and capability to pipeline in niche/scarce skills area

As a hands on passionate person, you will have the autonomy to lead the agreed internal processes. Working closely with the HR Assistant to ensure a quality delivery of service model is developed.


This role is currently remote and may continue to be fully remote, with the option to visit our London and/or Wallingford offices.

We can be flexible around working arrangements for this role and will consider both P/T and F/T.

This role is initally for a FTC of 6 mths.
