We are delighted to be able to offer this fantastic opportunity for a Financial Adviser to join one of our leading firms, Broadview Financial Services offer a unique personal service within the financial services industry, offering advice on a wide range of services, from whole of market mortgage advice to savings, investments, pensions and advice on protection products.

With a head office based in Derbyshire, they offer advice to clients all over the country. All staff understand the importance of each client as an individual and will ensure that every experience with Broadview Financial Services ensures they are treated that way, from the first point of contact to the final completion of any transaction.

However, our relationship does not end with the completion of a transaction: They will contact clients on a regular basis to ensure that all goals and objectives are being met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as financial planner
  • Ability to analyse financial information and comply with regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Attention to detail and strong math skills
  • Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships
  • Diploma in Financial Services


Responsibilities

  • Prepare sound financial plans to ensure clients meet their goals
  • Advise clients on current financial issues and make recommendations
  • Generate new business and build relationships
  • Analyse clients’ financial statuses
  • Examine and suggest financial opportunities (e.g. insurance plans, investments)
  • Develop sound plans and budgets for clients
  • Customise financial plans according to clients’ changing needs
  • Help clients implement their plans and carry out transactions
  • Present and advise on suitable financial products and services
  • Find and approach prospective clients
  • Build strong relationships to retain existing clients
  • Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices and financial products

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Financial Advice
  • Some Industry Sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the investment business
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
