Job Description

Corin is seeking a Complaints Co-ordinator to ensure that all Regulatory amp; Quality Assurance requirements are routinely met with regards to:

  • The timely review, investigation and reporting of product related issues and to monitor trending information from a variety of sources, to pre-empt potential issues.
  • Post-Marketing Surveillance activities.

This role will be based at our head office in Cirencester.

The key responsibilities of the Complaints Co-ordinator are to:

  • Provide a first point of contact for complaints and feedback (PER) received into Corin UK
  • Responsible for making initial triage assessment of complaints and assessing initial risk and severity.
  • Evaluate that information received is sufficiently detailed and request and obtain additional details where incomplete.
  • Coordinate feedback per established procedure and forward to the appropriate persons/groups to manage
  • Transfer of data onto Corin Vigilance System on Q-Pulse (as required).
  • Coordinate Root Cause Investigation activities on a site level as required.
  • Support customer response activities in collaboration with Vigilance Manager.
  • Process and close the PER/Complaints files.
  • Ensure timely MDR reporting and closures of complaints
  • Provide weekly reports on feedback progress.
  • Support continuous process improvement.
  • Provide support in PMS activities regarding complaints and vigilance feedback


Requirements

The ideal Complaints Co-ordinator will have

  • Previous experience of managing feedback and complaints in medical device, healthcare or pharma industry
  • A degree in any discipline
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to collaborative with cross-functional team members
  • Ability to perform to work under pressure.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Professional approach to work.
