Job Description

Our Digital Care team is on an ambitoius journey to deliver a scalable, omnichannel care experience for our clients and partners at Xe and Ria. As part of this exciting effort, we plan to expand the Digital Care team with a Salesforce Systems Adminstrator role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator to help us leverage Salesforce’s capabilities to the fullest, to drive efficiency and productivity across the business. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate, improve and promote as well as perform standard administrative duties.

You will be working within a small team dedicated to improving the technical efficiency of Xe’s processes.

Requirements

  • Provide day-to-day end-user support for Salesforce and added applications, including system configuration, complex formulas, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce lead to educate internal customers on the most efficient and accurate usage of data: develop, and regularly review, business practices that affect customer data management and usage.
  • Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, create and maintain custom objects, object relationships, standard and custom fields.
  • Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation and support as necessary.
  • Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports and report training.
  • Manage and maintain third party apps including Leaptree and DocuSign, and make recommendations on tools that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed and all installed packages releases
  • Establish and implement best practices; system maintenance, security, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc.


Essential Experience

  • 2 years’ experience of Salesforce administration. Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM211) highly desirable.
  • Experience in Communities, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Proven experience delivering configurable changes: process builders, workflows, triggers, objects, formula fields, reports and Dashboards. Ability to propose configuration changes to address change/improvement requests
  • Excellent with time management, attention to detail amp; prioritization
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Brilliant communication skills
