THG - Finance

Finance at THG is a rapidly growing and evolving team, covering all areas of finance from central functions such as accounts receivable and payable, treasury, tax and internal audit, to specific commercial teams for each of our divisions; Beauty, Tech, Consumer, Health and Brands. As the business expands and takes on new challenges in the form of acquired businesses or new ventures, finance is there to support every step of the way, leading to dynamic and challenging roles no two days are the same! The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing treasury team and help shape the future direction as we grow alongside the business. The Assistant Treasurer will be involved in all aspects of Treasury including liquidity, debt management, foreign exchange and interest rate risk, bank relationship management, credit rating analysis, ESG strategy, treasury systems and cash forecasting.


Requirements


  • AMCT/ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ corporate treasury experience ideally in a multinational organisation
  • Demonstrable skill at managing a high performing treasury team
  • Treasury documentation review and negotiation competence
  • Excellent analytical and data manipulation skills
  • Digital experience in particular with global payment providers an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise effectively
