Our Marketing team is responsible for managing the National Lottery brand and communicating our exciting games, events, winners and Good Cause stories to our target audiences, promoting play in a safe environment and maintaining a strong focus on operational integrity.
As the Marketing Investment amp; Compliance Manager you will be responsible for making sure our marketing investments are optimised across all channels, as well as reviewing our processes and ways of working to ensure peak performance both internally and with our agencies and suppliers. In seeking to continuously improve our key processes, you will help us to mitigate and manage risk, making sure that we are compliant with our license commitments from a marketing perspective. If you have a proven track record of building relationships with and influencing senior level stakeholders in a Marketing environment and have worked in a regulated or process-driven business where operational integrity is paramount, we would love to hear from you.

How you'll make a difference
Working with the Head of Marketing Strategy amp; Activation, the Marketing Investment amp; Compliance Manager will be responsible for the optimisation of the Marketing budget in conjunction with budget holders, driving operational excellence through a focus on continuous process improvement and compliance and ensuring key risks across the Marketing function are identified, mitigated and regularly reviewed.What you'll bring to the table
