Reporting to Head of Compliance and working as part of an established 2nd line, your role will be embedding a forward looking plan and framework on compliance and building on the positive work we have done in building maturity around risk, controls and compliance. You will be managing a team of 2 and working as part of a wider Business Assurance team of 15.

How you'll make a difference
You will play a pivotal role in how we embed a forward looking compliance framework which will enable the business continue the good work we do within agreed risk appetites and regulatory requirements. You will work with all areas of the business to enhance our network of Compliance Champions and ensure we have coverage and proactivity in mitigating risks. Finally you will be managing a small team to champion and advocate for risk, compliance and controls across the business.
