As Finance Compliance Manager, you will work with the leadership team in Finance and other departments to ensure that we have a forward looking compliance plan, providing assurance to the business of the effectiveness of our financial controls and processes as well as understanding and mitigating risks.

A Place To Be You

We want to create games that appeal to people from all walks of life and we need a rich and diverse blend of people to make that happen. We hire exclusively on talent and we want our employees to feel like they can bring their whole self to work every day.

  • Develop a strong working understanding of Camelot’s finance and security operations policies, procedures and processes.
  • Develop and then maintain a suite of first line compliance/control documents that provide assurance and oversight of the high risk activities across the finance function.
  • Prepare reports and MI related to compliance activities within the finance function that provide assurance to senior management, management committees and for boardlevel committees including the Compliance Risk Committee, Operations Board and Audit Risk amp; Security Committee.
  • Ensuring the performance and delivery of Camelot’s Self-Assessment Programme, across the finance function. Monitoring progress, coverage and assessing whether the programme needs updating to reflect current risk/process.
  • Develop and apply sound risk assessment principles and methods taking into account business diversity
  • Regularly evaluating the efficiency of controls, procedures and policies in place and work with the control owners across the function to improve them
  • Ensuring Compliance activities are supported by adequate documentation, peer reviews and quality checks.

What you'll bring to the table

  • Either Accounting and/or Audit and Compliance qualifications and experience (which may encompass business administration, audit, finance, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, IT, BCP / DRP, QA, security and project management)
  • Have a strong controls and compliance background and ideally demonstrable experience of developing and implementing compliance/control frameworks
  • Ability to write reports to communicate findings and propose solutions
  • Proven track record of building senior internal and external relationships.
