We are looking for an ambitious, results orientated Trading Assistant to join our retail team as we build the most creative and accessible clothing brand for pop culture fans everywhere.
Requirements
The Role
The Trading Assistant will support our trading team and assist in the management of our digital sales platforms on a day to day basis covering Amazon, eBay, Fruugo and Shopify, helping the business to actualise our ambitious but achievable revenue targets through listing optimisation, a multi-layered advertising strategy and maximising our CRM database.
Responsibilities
- Creating product listings and helping streamline the creation process
- Collaboration with the merchandising team on data driven optimisation of our existing listings amp; advertising campaigns
- Managing a critical path to ensure all new products are listed on time
- Troubleshooting listing issues on multiple sales channels
- Managing the account health on our sales platforms through collaboration with the customer service team
- Reporting to the Trading Manager
Mandatory Skills amp; Experience
- At least 2 years ecommerce trading experience
- A proven track record in achieving targets and working to strict KPIs
- Excellent reporting skills and an advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Experience with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
- Tech savvy person with experience in multiple streamlining and efficiency tools
Nice To Have
- Experience with Channel Advisor
- Experience with Slack amp; Trello
- 2nd Language - ideally German or French
- Experience at working with licensed apparel
- Working experience with OKRs
Working Location
Our business is based in Loughborough with a satellite office in London but this role can be done fully remotely so we are considering people from any location.
