We are looking for a results driven Warehouse Manager to join our team as we build the most creative and accessible clothing brand for pop culture fans everywhere.
Requirements
The Role
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing our team of operatives across various shifts to ensure the receipt, storage and dispatch of our products align with our productivity targets.
Responsibilities
- Inbound, picking and outbound operations
- Manage the operational Pamp;L for the warehouse
- Implement processes based on our current business model
- Manage all Operational aspects within the warehouse
- Implement ongoing change and drive continuous process improvement jointly with the senior management team.
- Deliver excellent customer services by seeking continuous process improvements, eliminating errors and adhering to set SLA’s
- Establish and achieve daily, weekly and monthly quality and efficiency goals and KPIs
- Lead, motivate and performance manage the warehouse team by setting clear objectives, goals and development plans
- Liaise with and report to the senior management team on a timely basis and manage a strong working relationship with internal management
- Maintain and improve health and safety standards
- Flexible with working hours to meet business needs
Mandatory Skills amp; Experience
- Experience at similar position in high quality client and process-oriented environment
- Staff development, coaching and management
- Ability to perform in time critical environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team building
- Passion in achieving results through efficiency and process improvement
- IT literate; analytics, interpret data to determine performance
- Ability to manage activities within the distribution/fulfilment centres
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with client personnel at senior level
- The ability to communicate in English at all levels
- Experience with fast paced ecommerce and Amazon SLAs

- Experience with Channel Advisor and Peoplevox
