We are looking for a data driven all-round ecommerce product manager to join our retail team as we build the most creative and accessible clothing brand for pop culture fans everywhere.

Requirements

The Role

We are looking for an eCommerce Product Manager who loves working for start ups, thrives with extremely ambitious growth plans and is happy and willing to own all aspects of the digital ecommerce product. You’ll join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and serve as the digital product manager of a critical region for the business; working with different markets and platforms in order to drive a world-class digital experience, localised to the region and its unique requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, launch of new features and growth of our Shopify site
  • Manage the development amp; merchandising of our 3rd party platforms such as Amazon amp; eBay
  • Ensure all content and consumer journeys are optimised for user experience and deliver the best experience across mobile, tablet and desktop
  • Develop and lead relationships with internal and external third-parties (i.e. finance, logistics, supply chain) to ensure that the ecommerce proposition works flawlessly end-to-end for the consumer
  • Responsible for developing and delivering existing ecommerce growth opportunities and programmes (e.g., refer a friend, subscription model, SEO etc.)
  • Responsible for innovating and creating the next generation of growth opportunities and programmes to further accelerate ecommerce revenue growth
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and design to translate product specifications into designs that can be implemented and tested to find the best performing solutions
  • Ongoing optimisation of customer journeys to drive transactions, with a laser focus on the mobile experience
  • Develop and continually enhance a launch process check-list to ensure learnings from UK are codified and applied to future territories.
  • Develop functional KPIs to ensure that the heath and effectiveness of the ecommerce proposition can be monitored over time
  • Develop and own an extensive CRO programme across several sales platforms, both owned and 3rd party (such as Amazon, eBay etc)


Mandatory Skills amp; Experience

  • Strong Digital Product Management experience within eCommerce / Retail
  • Startup experience (as founder/early employee) a significant plus
  • Owned and managed extensive cross-functional team
  • Experience communicating technical questions and problems for stakeholders outside engineering and product
  • Collaborative team player


Nice To Have

  • Fashion and/or licensing industry experience

Working Location

Our business is based in Loughborough with a COVID-19 secure working environment but we will consider remote or partially-remote working for the right candidate.
