We at Asite are looking to fill a Junior Migration Delivery Manager role in our global head-office team in London covering the UK and Europe region. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an understanding of Cloud-based and SaaS solutions to join our rapidly expanding Project Delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual in the early stages of their career, who is ready to take their first, or next step, in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.

Reporting to the Project Delivery Lead, the Junior Migration Delivery Manager will coordinate the migration of previous design and construction data from competing products as part of new client implementation of existing client uplift opportunities and associated activities provided by other Asite departments. Candidates should have a passion of technology solutions, with specific interest in automations, scripting (ideally python or ruby), and application programming interfaces (APIs). Candidates should also be interested in expanding their knowledge in both waterfall and agile methodologies, and will be guided along the way.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and review the business case and requirements by regular reviews and controls to ensure that the client receives the system that he or she wants and needs.
  • Initiate and plan the project by establishing its format, direction, and base lines that allow for any variance measurements and change control until the project accomplishes its goal.
  • Partner with the end users, work with project sponsors and other management to establish progress and direction of the project by achieving goals, reaching targets, solving problems, mitigating risks.
  • Manage the client relationship by using an adequate direct yet complete and formal reporting format that compliments a respected and productive relationship.
  • Drive the project by leading by example and motivating all concerned.
  • Work with new and existing customers to ensure Asite platform adoption in line with customer expectations, and ensure the customer is getting the best value from the products and functionality implemented
  • Relay feedback to line manager on customer needs, system performance and process efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Willingness to learn and understand our business landscape
  • Ability to self-manage with a style that get the best out of themselves and others
  • Strong communicator with excellent listening and questioning skills
  • Background of project management experience useful, but not essential
  • Background experience within the construction industry preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • Previous use of alternative CDE SaaS (ViewPoint, BIM360, Aconex, etc) solutions preferred, but not essential
  • Experience with the Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint amp; Excel).
