We’re now seeking an Account Manager to help propel us to the next level

The role of Account Manager at Tillo is crucial to our success by providing support to the commercial team as well as our brands and partners as customers. From supporting some of the largest corporates in the UK, as well as worldwide, to onboard seamlessly to our API, to supporting customers who are at renewal stage, you will add value and ensure fantastic service.

Main duties and areas of responsibility:

  • Finding opportunities to grow accounts with a focus on revenue
  • Supporting existing customers and ensuring they always receive the highest level of customer service
  • Offering additional services that are relevant and of interest to customers
  • Working as a link between our technical teams and customers
  • Providing feedback from customers and ensuring it is picked up internally by the right people
  • Administration and use of various platforms and systems


  • Previous Account Management experience in a B2B role
  • Proven track record of account growth
  • Able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently present both virtually and face to face
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment or a desire to work within it
  • Confident with technology, terminology and translating complex ideas
  • Negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with confident data analysis skills
  • Commercially minded - confident liaising at all levels
  • Flexible and able to multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Highly organised and process driven
