Corin is seeking a Contracts Manager to work closely with the UK Sales team as well as Finance, Sales amp; Operations and UK Customer Services to ensure that all agreements are in place to supply profitable products and technology reliably into the differing accounts within the UK marketplace.

The key responsibilities of a Contracts Manager are to;
- Enable and coordinate internal data sources (finance, sales, Sales amp; Operations and customer services)
- Price management to maximise profitability relative to volumes
- Provide pricing quotes on request
- Track tender portals to ensure Corin agreements are in line with tender needs.
- Prepare tender submissions
- Ensure correct pricing alignment of frameworks
- Track volume usage /pricing to accounts for different frameworks / tenders
- Coordinate UK forecast and instrument / consignment requirements from Unite and link them into the Samp;OP process
- Ensure coordination and communication between the UK field-based sales team, the internal Corin office-based team and the various private and public hospital organisations.
- Work directly with private hospital groups to ensure that we are on their supplier listings in a profitable manner
- Work in the field occasionally meeting procurement and national level management teams for tender and framework agreements
- Monitor the ASP in the uk across different brands / accounts outline trends and suggest management techniques
- Assist the UK team with preparation of marketing materials for external events
- Working together with the UK management team on the UK business dashboard
- Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in line with Corin’s ISO13485 QMS amp; Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) FDA21 CFR Part 820
- Ensure that process and timeline requirements for Corrective amp; Preventive Actions (CAPA) are met in accordance with Corin’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and in support of Corin’s Global Objectives for CAPA
Requirements
The ideal Contracts Manager will have / be;
- Business analytics and finance experience in complex multi stakeholder environment a financial qualification would be advantageous
- An understanding of commercial tender and framework processes
- An understanding of the NHS / Private purchasing processes
- Advanced Excel user with the ability to deal with complex data in spreadsheet and other formats
- Experience in report amp; dashboard preparation suitable for use by the management team
- Full, clean driving license
- Good communication skills
- Results orientated and self-motivated
- Excellent team and work ethic
- Effective problem solver
