As a Managing Consultant you will have the opportunity to play an important part in shaping and developing our business transformation capability, with the support of an established and well positioned company with an impeccable track record and customer base.
Requirements
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
Typically, you’ll display a high degree of competency in business transformation delivery and across one of more of our core capabilities of:
- Transformation strategy and innovation
- Target operating model design and implementation
- Business change management and communications
- Operational improvements and readiness
- Transformation Quality Assurance
Breadth of sector expertise will be a big advantage.
You are perceptive, personable, culturally-sensitive and demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence. Being able to work collaboratively in a matrix organisation is essential, as is the ability to manage and nurture varied, senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities
Guiding clients through complex technology change is the core strength of DMW Group. The Business Transformation practice helps clients design and deliver change through our Business Architecture, Products and Services and Managing Transformation services. You will have the opportunity to play an important part in shaping and developing our business transformation capability, with the support of an established and well positioned company with an impeccable track record and customer base.
Business Transformation Consultants work with DMW clients and colleagues to translate business intent into effective change. As a proven transformation specialist, you’ll help clients achieve their goals through a combination of advice and hands on delivery. Typically, you will lead or be intrinsic to joint client teams focused on successful delivery. Internally, you will be a key contributor to the Business Transformation practice. You will deepen the strength of our collective knowledge, develop collateral and help drive our growth through client extensions and bid support.
Our experienced Business transformation Consultants are able to demonstrate experience helping clients translate intent into effective change. They ally strong business competence with a pragmatic approach to delivering complex IT solutions. Each of our consultants has a combination of project management, client management, business development and hands-on transformation skills; often gained while working for a top tier or boutique consulting business.
Hours
This is a permanent full-time role. However, we do consider flexible ways of working that allow the best outcomes for our team.
