What can you expect as a Transformation consultantat DMW?
As a DMW Transformation Principal you will spend much of your time working on client site, often as part of a diverse team, made up of consultants, client staff and with a combination of contractors, vendor employees. Your role can vary: leading these diverse teams acting client side, providing assurance of the work undertaken by these teams, or operating within the teams with ownership of significant transformation elements. No two engagements are the same!
As well as client delivery activity, you can expect to get involved with activities supporting the growth of DMW, for example thought leadership, proposition and service development, networking and sales. You can expect to work as part of internal teams, bringing new ideas and project managing internally facing activities of the business such as recruitment, marketing or external partner relationship management.
