We are looking for someone like you to become our all-new Production amp; Submissions Assistant and join our passionate and talented Production team, where we are building on the years of success that Rebellion has enjoyed.

Production amp; Submissions Assistant role:

The Production amp; Submissions Assistant is a new role dedicated to proactively manage the creation and tracking of submission schedules and support production and support live operations. As part of the Production team, you will play a key role in overseeing multiple overlapping projects and workflows.

This role would suit someone with experience in the game submissions process and project management skills.

The Rebellion Production team are responsible for ensuring that we have a coordinated release process for all our console and PC game releases.

Key Outcomes:

  • Managing the submissions process
  • Scheduling and tracking assets

Responsibilities:

  • To proactively manage the creation and tracking of submission schedules and checklists
  • To plan scheduling and track assets required for submissions
  • To effectively document and communicate with the producers to ensure all elements of the submission process are managed effectively and on time
  • To oversee the age rating process through to successful completion
  • To take responsibility for the submission process
  • To submit and publish additional content items (DLC, Themes, etc.)
  • To support live operations
  • Manage the requirements and processes for platform-specific content such as DLC items, achievements, age rating certifications etc.
  • Support QA and Production with the build, test and launch pipelines for platform releases of our games
  • Ensure the studio is abreast of and proactive in handling changes to third-party platform processes or requirements
  • Work with internal stakeholders across management, production, publishing, and communications.
  • Work closely with the internal development team to establish internal milestones and sign-off requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to use data to facilitate decision making and advise best practice
  • Experience in the game submissions process for Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo etc.
  • A full working knowledge of production methodology used in games development
  • Ability to maintain relationships with, and manage process flows across, various internal departments, third parties and agencies
  • Project management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to oversee multiple overlapping projects and workflows
  • Excellent prioritisation and multi-tasking skills, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proficiency and professionalism
  • You will view challenges as opportunities, be solution oriented, and a creative problem solver
  • Strong interpersonal skills - a team player who is able to lead and work collaboratively within the group, as well as across business units/functions
