Job Description

The Role

You’ll be the Technical Operations Associate working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide front-line support and technical services to our 120 employees (and growing) in order to facilitate a smooth and secure running of our business. You will be instrumental in providing seamless internal technical services to the rest of the business to ensure any issues are resolved quickly and creatively.

This role is a great hands-on opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact at Faculty. You’ll be contributing to Technical Operations achieving a minimal touch end-user experience around software, systems and processes that promote high user productivity and ease of use with the least disruption. As part of this, we are working towards a fully integrated and managed business system that incorporates high-class technical and security architectural models that will ensure Faculty remains operating safely through a secure-by-design approach.

You’ll be enhancing and increasing our internal technical services offering across the organisation to become the leaders in Technical Operations for AI. You will be expected to contribute to long-term strategic projects, but also working independently, autonomously and with strong initiative to come to the best thought-driven decisions.
