In 4 years, we've grown from 2 co-founders sharing a rusty desk in Soho, to a brilliant, hard-working team of 75+, with offices in London (HQ) and Athens. Now, with more than 1M people already using Plum across the UK, Ireland, France and Spain, we could use a little help and that might be where you come in!

• Create, develop and record video and written content to be published on different social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and Reddit.
• Conveying authentic enthusiasm throughout each publication.
• Combing through your audience's feedback to ascertain their insights.
• Adhering to guidelines and regulations.
• Build and manage influencer partnerships from conception to execution against set budgets, including negotiating deliverables, contracts etc.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Brand team suggesting creative influencer marketing opportunities.
• Keep up to date with the latest influencer marketing activity.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Point of contact, face of Plum and coordinator of all influencer partnerships
• Get support from people across the business in order to learn and grow

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Be comfortable recording content and showing your face to a large audience.
• Understand trends and be able to adapt them to deliver relevant brand content.
• Ability to deliver creative content ideas.
• General interest in marketing and personal finance/fintech industry.
• A good understanding of the value of influencer marketing and how it contributes to the wider brand/marketing team’s objectives, while solving issues that can genuinely help people in their daily lives.
• To be able to articulate your decisions confidently and give/take constructive feedback.
• To understand how to measure the effect of your work using Analytics and other tools.
• A strong attention to detail (we need to instil trust in our readers at all times).
• To think high-level, and understand how your work fits into the big picture of Plum.
