Job Description

Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions and specialist coffee services. We are hiring a Installation Planning Coordinator to join our team and manage the day-to-day planning of the Installation Schedule, including Installations, Decommissions and all Machine Moves.

We are open to this role being remote with frequent travel, as such we have advertised the same single role in numerous locations.

Responsibilities

  • Process all MSO’s received from Sales, and input onto the PDI Schedule, in date order.
  • Process all site surveys, adding any amendments to the installation schedule.
  • Planning the disposal of machines from Warehouse, obtaining authorization, coordinating with Warehouse operatives and external scrap company.
  • Manage the installs planning inbox, and answering all queries within a timely manner.
  • Plan, schedule and liaise with external Logistics.
  • Participate in planning and decision making in line with the Great Start.
  • Proactively identify any potential issues, overcoming them calmly and professionally resulting in successful resolutions.
  • First point of contact for installation engineers, when out in the field. Deal with any issues, by bringing them to a satisfactory and positive conclusion immediately. (If necessary, escalating these to management in a timely manner).
  • Ensure personal KPI’s are met or exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with all of the service department to ensure the overall needs of the department are met by sharing knowledge and resource, where appropriate.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and a smooth experience for our customers.
  • Complete all reporting requirements accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements along with compliance with all EVL policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior and/or executive leadership teams.
