Job Description

MEDVIVO are looking for a new member to join the HR Team. We need someone who is well organised, efficient, an excellent communicator, can work well under pressure and has a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

You must have experience in coordinating and administering complex training events and this means you will also need to have a good working knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets. You will have strong communication skills and be able to converse with members of the Medvivo team at all levels to agree training courses required and source those courses and venues.

You will need to ensure mandatory training courses are booked and attended throughout the year by our staff to ensure they are kept up to date with their learning. You will also run monthly reports for the management team.

There will also be times when you will be required to assist the HR Team in relation to administration and support other areas of the team as and when the need arises.
