Job Overview
Based in our Chippenham office, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of the HealthHero Service Desk, ensuring Employee and Customer enquiries are logged and routed appropriately.
Working closely with the Technical Support Team the post holder will be responsible for ensuring all internal departmental administration and coordination tasks are completed to a high standard ensuring accuracy at all times. The post holder will also be responsible for the day to day system administration of the Service Desk support system.
