Job Overview

Based in our Chippenham office, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of the HealthHero Service Desk, ensuring Employee and Customer enquiries are logged and routed appropriately.

Working closely with the Technical Support Team the post holder will be responsible for ensuring all internal departmental administration and coordination tasks are completed to a high standard ensuring accuracy at all times. The post holder will also be responsible for the day to day system administration of the Service Desk support system.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answering customer enquiries by phone, email and web.
  • Ensuring service users are updated on their technical support calls or queries.
  • Completing IT inductions with new members of staff.
  • To ensure the IT Service Desk management system is kept up to date and accurate by adding, changing or removing information as appropriate.
  • To assist in the production of internal reports generated by the IT Service Desk management system.
  • Administration of project documentation as required.
  • Answering the Technical Support telephone line and logging service requests or incidents on the Service Desk management system.
  • Ensuring all IT documentation including Policies and Standard Technical Operating Procedures are up to date.
  • Assisting with the production of data reports to internal and external parties.
  • Escalate and liaise with third party suppliers ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times.
  • Hardware Procurement and build.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support.
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.
  • A solution focused, proactive and intuitive approach.
  • Preferable experience in both face to face and remote support of customers.
