WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As our Fibre Quality Specialist, you’ll be carrying out field performance quality checks across direct labour and suppliers to ensure they are fully compliant and that quality standards are in line with CityFibre requirements. This will include completing audits on PON (Passive Optical Network) installed using PIA network and supporting and encouraging positive safety practises.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
It’s essential to the success of the role of Fibre Quality Specialist that you have previous demonstrable experience supervising / leading multi engineers or gangs, with a focus on developing and coaching, creating a culture of continuous improvement across the engineering community in terms of skills and knowledge.
