  • Hardware amp; Software procurement including systems, tools, computers, peripherals, etc.
  • Setting up and managing internal support and service including system ownership

Your role

Our company is growing quickly. Well-oiled, effective Operations and robust technology frameworks are essential in order to provide customers with exceptional value, a secure amp; modern environment, and a first class service experience. At the same time, increased efficiency will allow the business to scale and run with greater velocity. You will help us take our current processes, operational framework, and IT practices to the next level and the one beyond, introducing and managing best practices in the following fields:

  • Own and govern IT procurement including spend analysis (systems, tools, computers, peripherals, etc.)
  • Sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations and vendor management plus budget responsibility
  • Manage consultants and external parties relevant to the area (vendors, suppliers, support functions, etc.)
  • Installation, set up and access management (access rights and user administration) of software and tools currently employed in the business, for example Google suite, Front, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, DocuSign, Monday, Typeform, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.
  • Internal support amp; help desk, updates, service delivery, etc. Point of contact for internal software and/or hardware issues (owns and solves some issues as first line support, leverages outside parties and support when and where necessary; second line support). Provides services and training related to internal systems

  • Successfully prepared businesses for velocity and scale
  • Used a combination of processes and tools to increase internal capacity/capability
  • Project managed and led vendor evaluations including purchase strategies; implemented new service agreements and carried out SLA-based performance reviews
  • Acted as service desk lead or performed oversight over such functions, including improved performance in such teams in order to improve effectiveness of the company
  • Understands questions relating to system and/or process ownership and has likely taken part in migration and implementation initiatives
  • Negotiated with vendors, consultants and other external parties
  • Acted as a system owner and led both development sprints and administrative tasks
