About You
As a Product Principal, you will help our clients accelerate their digital journey through the power of product management. As a result, you will need to be able to:
- Understand the many aspects of product management - ideation, discovery, competitor analysis, roadmapping, strategy, new product launch and product innovation
- Be responsible for prioritisation decisions to ensure delivery of the most significant business value
- Build and maintain motivated PO communities within our clients’ organisations to support delivery
- Help product analysts and owners to build the Product Strategy and Vision - engaging with business stakeholders and supporting the conversation on why the transition to Product Management
- Introduce new and emerging product initiatives for AND Digital client
To do that, it’s essential you bring the following:
- Extensive knowledge of Product Management principles and evidence of applying your knowledge with practical hands on experience of leading scrum teams.
- A passion for innovation that uncovers new values and experiences.
- Ability to ‘make things happen’, leading a well organised and empowered team with a fun, friendly and positive attitude.
- Able to think strategically, establishing clear direction and implementing plans to deliver within a tech environment
- Good knowledge of digital delivery - particularly through Product, Technology and people change.
- Ability to persuade/influence the client stakeholders with recommended product management direction.
