Oxsed is aiming to make COVID-19 testing accessible and affordable to everyone. We have developed a rapid, accurate and scalable COVID-19 test that leverages patent-pending OxLAMP technology from the University of Oxford. The company is quickly growing and we are launching new testing sites throughout the UK.
We are looking for an Administrative Manager to join our team and support our daily office procedures at our main office in Oxford. You will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organising company records. If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
Ultimately, your goal will be to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
