Your job is to deliver an amazing experience to anyone who comes to Generation Home for help getting onto the property ladder. You’ll support customers from their first point of contact with Generation Home all the way to collecting the keys to their new home.
As the customer’s advocate, you will hold our mortgage advisers, underwriters, completions managers and solicitors accountable for delivering on our commitments to them.
In addition to directly supporting customers, you’ll work closely with the product team to deliver an even better user experience.
