Corin is seekling a Business Applications Support Apprentice to provide business applications support for Corin users whilst completing a Digital applications apprenticeship through Cirencester College. Whilst Adhering to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in line with Corin’s ISO13485 QMS amp; Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) FDA21 CFR Part 820

Key Responsibilities of a Business Applications Support Apprentice are to:
- Work as a key part of the IT team to provide 1st and second line support for business applications.
- Provide business application support across sales and supply chain applications other business applications.
- Assist in implementation of new systems based on the IT strategy.
- Assist in development projects from inception to completion
- Provide phone, remote and desk based support and training.
- Maintain and Create IT documentation when appropriate for example development of troubleshooting and training documentation for consumption by the business users.
- To ensure all support/service request issues are logged correctly on the support desk system and managed correctly.
- Liaise with 3rd party providers to resolve issues.
- Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in line with Corin’s ISO13485 QMS amp; Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) FDA21 CFR Part 820
Requirements
The ideal IT Business Applications Support Apprentice will have / be :
- A minimum of a 4 or above in Math’s and English GCSE or equivalent
- Have studied or have a strong practical interest in Computer or IT related subjects
- Committed to completing a 12 18-month apprenticeship in Digital Applications Level 3
- Good general IT/Microsoft Office and communication skills
- Problem solving skills and a good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, with flexibility to adjust to new challenges
